It is very important to us to be a leading service provider in the area of support as well. The different options you have for getting help are listed below:

All of our customers have access to telephone support on +45 7020 9594.

 

Free or paid support?

We provide free support on the actual operation of the solutions we supply, as well as on the use of:

  • the Knowledge Database
  • Web mail
  • PlanetController

For example, if you believe that:

  • a fault has occurred on the server, leading to interruptions to service on your website
  • are unsure about whether a particular Perl module is supported by the server
  • or want assistance in setting up your own error pages via PlanetController

- these things are covered by free support

If you need assistance, for example, with:

  • Using or customising applications (Phprojekt, OpenBizBox, etc.)
  • Setting up or using third party software (e.g. Outlook, FrontPage, FTP, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting or other help in relation to programming

and you cannot find help in the Knowledge Database, we can offer support on all applications installed via PlanetController (and generally on most Internet-related matters) via our prepaid service scheme or on an individual project basis.
