Important: Test your code locally
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you test your code on your local machine before uploading to the server. In worst case an error can crash the web service and hence be very inconvenient for other websites on the server. Repeatedly causing such errors may result in temporary or permanent termination of your installation.
If you are using Windows 2000 Professional or Server, simply install Internet Information Server in Windows setup if not already there.
