Documentation about statistics results

After mid-August 2004, all visitor statistics will be carried out by the statistic program AWStats, which can make some rather advanced statistics in relation to the previous statistic program and is also Danish the whole way through.

Statistics are, by far, self-explanatory if they are used as they are but you, as a user; also have the opportunity to make special modifications to your own hosting configuration. These modifications are performed in the file /www/stats/awstats.conf (the file is not available as a standard file but must be created) and shall be created as per the guidelines that are found on the documentation page for AWStats:
http://awstats.sourceforge.net/docs/index.html

Note that these pages are in English.

If you wish to have your statistics protected by a username and password, you must contact us in order to have this set up. Unfortunately, at the time of writing, this cannot be done automatically.

Statistics for mid-August 2004 were made using the HTTP-Analyse program and these statistics can be accessed by going into the subdirectories for the individual year:

http://www.domainname.com/stats/www2004

http://www.domainname.com/stats/www2003

...etc.

The most interesting information in the statistics is, for most people, how many have visited the website. You will find this information under the "Sessions" column.

You can find out more about statistics on the supplier’s website: HTTP-ANALYZE
