With Front-End-users (FE users) registration TYPO3 extension visitors could register at your web site.
Visitors provide all the information requested by you and receive their unique login/password for accessing restricted part of your web site.
FE-users registration TYPO3 extension has very nice additional feature: Confirmation mode, so you would be able to confirm newly created user account and without your confirmation, account won't work. Of course, all created accounts can be viewed and updated by you via TYPO3 back-end interface at any time.
