Which package solution should I choose?

If you know from the beginning that you will need the integrations that are included in the PRO package, we suggest that you choose this solution.

Otherwise you can easily choose Basic and upgrade to a PRO later on if needed.

Should you be in doubt about whether the server solution is the right choice for you, you are welcome to give us a call to discuss the possibilities.


Can I upgrade from a free demo?

Yes, after you have selected a package solution above, you simply write your demonumber into the field "Additional comments" and we will then transfer your demo to your own real webshop.

 
Do I have a money back guarantee?

Yes, you have a 30-days refund guarantee. However, this does not apply to domain registrations (EUR 58,- for .com domains) because we cannot return them to the registrar.

 
Do I have to pay at once?

No. You will receive an order with 30 days credit.

 
How long do I pay in advance?

You can choose between paying every quarter or once a year. If you pay yearly you get a 10 per cent discount on the monthly expenses.


Is there a binding period?

You are only bound to the end of the period from your last invoice and never more than three months. This does also apply if you choose to pay yearly.

 
What does it cost to offer card payment?

If your company is located in Denmark and you would like to offer payment by Dankort or creditcard (VISA, MasterCard etc.) in your webshop you need an agreement with PBS/Nets or a similar provider. The price for the agreement varies, depending on the designated card types and provider. In addition you need a payment gateway. The installation is free and the monthly fee is DKK 199,-.

If your company is located outside Denmark and you would like to offer card payment you can for example use the shop's integrations with ipayment or PayPal.

 

Can I get an email account that is connected to my domain name?

Yes, we offer an email service including everything from virus-scanning to spam filtering for only DKK 89,-/month. If you already have an email service that you wish to keep, you can continue using it while your webshop is hosted by us.

 

What does upgrading diskspace and traffic cost?

Diskspace costs DKK 99,-/month for 500 MB extra. Traffic costs DKK 99,-/month for 50 GB.

Can my webshop run on a sub-domain?

Yes, if you want to run a "common" homepage at for example www.superbutik.com you can run your shop at shop.superbutik.com. You can indicate this on the order form.
 

Can I switch to a different package solution later on?

Yes, you can always switch to a different package, for example from Pro to Basic, either via your control panel or by contacting us.


Is my data secure?

Security and stable running has a very high priority for us. All services are being watched 24/7 with automatic mending or calling for a guard. We take daily backup of all data which gets saved both locally and externally. You have full access to the complete database and can download a copy to your own computer.

 
Why don't you offer free traffic?

Traffic (as in the transfer of a homepage to someone that wants to look at it) depends on the cables it has to pass through. There is nobody in this world who owns "unlimited" possibilities for this. That is why in our opinion it is better to have a high limititation and a low price for possible need of additional traffic. Less than 1% have passed the limit of included traffic to date.
