Add content easily
It's a simple matter to add pages to your shop containing information in addition to product details. For example, if you want to talk about the company's history, working partners, quality control, etc.
You can also write articles that are related to products. For example, if you have a wine shop you might want to write about the Bordeaux region. With a couple of clicks you can conclude it by linking in some relevant wines. These will then be automatically displayed (image, price, etc.) from your product catalogue.
Measure the impact of your advertising
Let's say you have just spent 200 dollars advertising your web shop? Did it generate extra traffic, or even better, increased sales? OpenBizBox lets you see the effects of your Internet advertising, for example, from your Google advertisements or your latest newsletter.
Easy to update products
This module makes it easy to enter new products, descriptions, prices, inventory statuses, etc., from an existing product list - for example, from an accounting package or spreadsheet.
The module can also be used to keep inventory statuses and prices up to date and to export product information from the web shop, for import into an accounting package or spreadsheet.
Special prices for selected customers
For example, if you sell to both wholesale and retail customers, or if you want regular customers to be offered certain products at a special price - this can be accommodated.
You can create an unlimited number of price groups.

See what your customers are up to!
You can now monitor almost everything your customers do in your shop. When they arrived and where they came from, what pages they have viewed and are currently viewing, what products they have in their shopping basket, and other information that will help you better understand how customers are using the shop.
You can even approach each visitor in your store and ask if there is anything can assist them with. If they accept the invitation you can also guide their Internet browser to specific pages.
